Young Woman's Guide Leadership Think Tank brings together women experts from various fields to share their thoughts, opinions and guidance on emerging leadership issues affecting young women. We have women who are thought-leaders in their field as members of the Young Woman’s Guide Leadership Think Tank.
By bringing together thought-leaders from various fields it will provide a breadth of diverse ideas and solutions on how Young Woman’s Guide can effectively address areas of concern regarding the leadership development of young women globally.
Jackie Cornell, MPP
Jackie Cornell is the Senior Director, Federal Relations and Regulatory Affairs at the New Jersey Hospital Association. Previously she had the honor of serving the Obama Administration as a Regional Director for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), covering New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Jessica Shepard, MD, MBA
Dr. Shepherd, is a gynecologist and Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecology at UIC, specializing in endometriosis, fibroid, robotics, and surgical approaches to gynecologic diseases. She is the Founder of Her Viewpoint and is a Media Health Expert and has appeared on Dr. Oz, ABC, NBC, CBS, The Today Show and more.

Dr. Osefo, is a Professor of Education at The John Hopkins University and Founder/CEO of the 1954 Equity Project. Dr. Osefo is also a political commentator and can be seen on Fox News, MSNBC and ABC News.

Jewel McGowan Watson, Esq. is a trusted legal and business advisor to stakeholders and business and legal leaders. In her role as Director, Corporate Counsel, at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, she is responsible for managing outside counsel and overseeing litigation impacting the Company.
